Notability?

WP:Station could apply here. Rand is not shown on the two maps on the Carson and Colorado Railroad page. Rand is listed neither Forgottennevada.com nor ghosttowns.com. On the plus side, the the locale did have a post office and is mentioned in "Nevada Place Names". Finding further non-trivial WP:RS coverage would help prove notability.
