RANA MASHOOD'S FATHER HAD DECEASED IN 2007. HE HAS ONE SISTER AND ONE BROTHER OLDER THAN HIMSELF I.E FOZIA AND MASOOD AHMED KHAN. HIS YOUNGER BROTHER RANA ASADULLAH KHAN WAS THE SECRETARY OF LAHORE HIGH COURT IN 2008 AND HAS A GREAT REPUTATION AMONG HIS COLLEAGUES. RANA MASHOOD IS ALSO MARRIED WITH THREE DAUGHTERS.HE ALSO HAS A YOUNGER SISTER JAVERIA.
