Merger proposal

[edit]

I propose to merge Ramat Beit Shemesh into Beit Shemesh. I think that the content in the Ramat article does not meet at all the WP standards, and the information is basically explained in the context of Beit Shemesh section Urban development. תנא קמא (talk) 19:51, 17 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose merge; large neighborhoods of cities often have their own pages, like Summertown in Oxford. Having a brief summary on Beit Shemesh with a main template linking to here is a fine structure, consistent with WP:SUMMARY. Klbrain (talk) 20:19, 7 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Endorse The spinoff article is a total mess of original research and low quality sources. The best sources discuss the Orot Banot and other Haredi extremist controversies, which can easily be explained in the main article, along with a general overview of the various neighbourhoods. A lot of the extraneous detail can and should be left out. Havradim (talk) 12:11, 13 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
