Alpha by first name???

   I came to the accompanying SIA bcz i knew when the Radford of the USS Chesapeake (1799) incident died (1807 in Canada), not bcz i knew his first name and wanted his YOB. (If i knew he was Frank Radford, why would i have come here??). It's almost as easy to put them in chronological order as to search him out, so i'm doing it.
