Multiple issues

This article seems to be a broad and fairly random list of stats without any cohesive argument and flow.

There is a fair bit of bias in the latter sections.

Finnish government attempts to combat racism.

Considering the topic of the article, should there be a section in it dedicated towards Finnish action to combat and mitigate it? There was recent news of a Far-Right coalition agreeing to trying to create new measures to combat racism. Finnish government renounces racism after a summer rocked by racist scandals | Euronews (The source I'm using.) There are previous comments bringing up the topic on bias and so forth.
