Improving detail and sources in article

After being suggested this article, I tried to make some grammatical improvements to it, but there are several areas that need to be improved. I was hoping that other editors could surmise ways that this article can be better developed.

I wanted to specifically make note of the fact that in several places, there seems to be quotations of statements without any given source/without said quotes being properly cited.
