Qutubuddin Gokak(Charlie Qawwal) The famous Qawwal from Bailhongal with state level reorganizations. Famous in the Qawwali & music circles by the nickname Charlie or Charlie Qawwal. Basically a teacher by procession born with extraordinary music talent. His "Jai Bharat jananiya tanujaate, jai he karnataka maate" brought him the state award, the song very close to his heart. Disciple of Harzart Hafiz Bari (RA) of Bailhongal & Qadries of Bagewadi-Belgaum.
