The Pythagoras Agent Based Model is Open Source and Government owned. Used by NPS, USMC, etc, etc, etc,
Its heritage traces back to Project Albert, an international project dedicated to research in the human aspects of warfare, such as intangibles, co-evolving goals and non-linear relationships. —Preceding unsigned comment added by P3T3RK3Y5 (talk • contribs) — P3T3RK3Y5 (talk • contribs) has made few or no other edits outside this topic.
Pythagoras is none of the following: a web site, blog, online forum, webcomic, podcast, online game, or other web content...
Instead it is a computational_model and analysis tool available through Government channels. It has been used by over thirty students at the [Naval Postgraduate School] to do research and analysis for their post-graduate work.
Agent_based_models are very important in that they are a new class of model (vice a Hierarchical_model) and as such, address a different yet very compelling class of questions/issues[[1]].—Preceding unsigned comment added by P3T3RK3Y5 (talk • contribs) — P3T3RK3Y5 (talk • contribs) has made few or no other edits outside this topic.
Agree this entry needs additional detail. That detail is forthcoming from myself as well as its user base. Additionally entries need to be created for personnel involved in the genesis of this branch of open source agent based models; in particular Dr. Alfred Brandstein. —Preceding unsigned comment added by P3T3RK3Y5 (talk • contribs) — P3T3RK3Y5 (talk • contribs) has made few or no other edits outside this topic.
