Dubious
[edit]According to AlgaeBase, the type species of Pyrenomonas is the species originally described as Cryptomonas salina, which is now called Rhodomonas salina. By my (potentially flawed) understanding of the ICBN, that means that Pyrenomonas is a synonym of Rhodomonas. --Stemonitis (talk) 17:13, 31 July 2010 (UTC)
