Feudalism

[edit]

Its more a critique if feudalism than capitalism, as it ignores meritocracy for unwavering cronyism. Balupton (talk) 16:58, 14 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

meritocracy is a bourgeois lie and you have fallen for it 2600:6C56:6100:62A:D020:5C25:D816:CD0A (talk) 07:40, 14 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Why are soldiers ranked above bourgeoisie?

[edit]

Why are soldiers ranked above the leisured dividend-drawing class? I thought in Russia many soldiers were poor conscripts.

Should I edit it to mean “military OFFICERS” AverroesII (talk) 18:26, 8 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

We could say officers and soldiers, as the picture does seem to show both (an officer leading the soldiers). While you are right that many soldiers were poor (and in fact, lesser officers were hardly rich too), soldiers have been and still are used as enforcers for the elites (just look at Russian army now...).
