[edit]Any particular reason for moving this to a longer name (Pyotr Kuzmich Kozlov) instead of leaving it at just Pyotr Kozlov? In general, shorter names are preferred unless longer name is needed for disambiguation. Russian names are usually more commonly used in English without a patronymic. Is Pyotr Kozlov really better known to the English-speaking audience as Pyotr Kuzmich?—Ëzhiki (erinaceus amurensis) 22:22, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
- I heartily agree with the above-said. When starting this page with a patronimic I thought there could be other eminent Pyotr Kozlovs, e.g., the blind poet. On checking this, I see that the poet was named Ivan, so I remove patronimic altogether. --Ghirlandajo 20:24, 21 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit]Is the birthdate the Eastern or Western calender? I think, there should be both. -- Derim Hunt 14:09, 27 June 2020 (UTC)
