Talk:Pure state

Without a definition of a quantum state vector (the article does'nt exist right now) or a proper definition of a mixed state (the link points to density matrix which mentions mixed state only very briefly) this article here is pretty useless yet. well, clearly the definition, if it was to make physical sense, cannot be basis-dependent; whether a state is pure cannot depend on the eigenbasis for your measurement. Mct mht 19:46, 4 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
