Some other editor had tagged this article and specific sections with multiple issues, I have the similar concerns.
1. WP:SYNTHESIS: Combining multiple sources to create a synthesised statement and narrative. e.g. when politicians of Punjabi state are demanding for more facilities of teaching Punjabi language in Haryana state where Punjabi has already been made an unofficial language even though Punjabis are less than 4 percent of Haryana's population and the chief minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar Khattar himself is a Punjabi-speaking ethnic Punjabi, the article incorrectly combines Haryana with multiple states and makes a false claim that there are demands to make Punjabi an official language in the Punjabi Majority area such as Haryana, UP, etc.
2. Out-of-context use of sources: In the point 1, as well as in the "Reunification" section, article mentions reunification of Haryana and Punjab, where as the source is entirely about something opposite (Punjab refused to transfer several dozen Hindu speaking villages to Haryana as per Longewala accord).
3. Excessive WP:POV pushing: article claims "punjabi lovers" are demanding this and that, where as the source says nothing about it. Loads of weasel words with swaths of unsourced content.
4. Conjectures in phrasing: Sources cited are mostly saying that the "politicians of Punjab state" are demanding more entitlements (Punjabi teaching facilities) in Non-Punjabi majority states. Politicians of Punjab making "occasional" empty "token" noises about Punjabis in other states, while these politicians deny Haryana transfer of Hindi speaking villages and the water rights due to Haryana as per Longewala accord signed by Haryana and Punjab. POV and synthesis in the article is totally out of synch with reality.
5. Confusing one unrelated topic (demand for teaching Punjabi) for another (Punjabi Nationalism): Asking for more Punjabi teaching facilities is not the same thing as "Punjabi Nationalism". Synthesis comes across as an attempt to create fictional nationalism where there is none on the ground in reality, barring some rare fringe extremists. Such text, demands for more Punjabi teaching facilities, belongs to "Punjabi language" article, not to "Punjabi nationalism".
6. Using unrelated sources which have nothing to do with the topic of Punjabi nationalism: None of the sources in the text removed by me mentions the word "Punjabi nationalism". Editor seems to have taken huge liberty, blown out of proportion and synthesised the stuff.
7. Nominate the article for deletion: Sources do not justify it. Besides there is already an article on Punjabi Language Movement of Pakistan and Punjabis of India has already achieved their aspirations through the fulfillment of their objectives of Punjabi Suba movement.
8. Meanwhile, I am deleting some statements from the article: Factually wrong, words in the article text unsupported by the sources, use of LOADED WP:POV words. cleaning it up. E.g. haryana, Up, delhi, etc are not punjabi majority, there is on discrimination of Punjabi language or people, CM of Haryana is Punjabi, sources cites only are asking for "more teaching of punjabi" basically, they are not alleging discrimination. Stop pushing POV agenda with miscontrued phrasing. Hence, I am removing the synthesised POV sections: "unification" and most of the synthesized text from "Punjabi nationalism in East Punjab".
