I have a friend who told me a story

[edit]

I've now almost completely rewritten this article, with particular emphasis on the queuing/game theory results. I have a friend who told me a story about an mutual acquaintance who was kept in a waiting room for two days waiting for a business meeting with a middle-eastern ruler, but it's far too FOAFy and WP:OR to use here. There is lots more that can be said: for example, excessive earliness can also be impolite, since it may be seen as an implied rebuke to other attendees, or an unwarranted demand on the host's time. But I'll leave that to others. -- Karada 09:31, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation statement

[edit]

The disambiguation statement at the top needs updating as "In Time" no longer redirects here; it goes straight to the movie article which itself links to a disambiguation page for variations of the term "in time" (one of which is a link to this article). I didn't want to mess up the template coding. 23skidoo (talk) 20:58, 2 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
