Bibi Dahl

I removed references to "Bibi Dahl" the pirate being chased here by Captain Roger Moore. It's obviously a very clever but fictitious reference to a James Bond film, and not part of history in the real world. My love of humor tempted me to leave it, but my love of Wikipedia is greater.
