Construction start date

Is there a reference for "January 1985"? I suspect this is typo and should be January 1995. Elguaponz (talk) 02:18, 12 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. A paper written in 1996 said the bridge was ahead of schedule and there was a photo. Neither hinted that it had taken so long to build. Johnragla (talk) 03:27, 12 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
