I think this page could/should potentially be distilled down to one section and placed in the Direct Public Offering (DPO)/Direct Listing Wikipedia entry. POWL deals are uncommon, at least in the United States, but direct listings have risen in popularity; having both of these pages in unnecessarily confusing for the reader unfamiliar with the topics.
