Understanding the Progress of Civilization from an Indigenous perspective.
[edit]The Great Spirit, the Creator, flashing light through all the heaven; is represented by the Sun . The Great Serpent, the Kenabbek, with his bloody crest erected, creeping, looking into heaven; is represented by the the snake. The moon eclipsed and dying; maybe the sun is actually the moon being eclipsed by the woman in the middle, or maybe she's the moon, but she's not being eclipsed and dying so she can't be the moon. Headless men, that walk the heavens, if a reference to the Maple tree that is being cut down. In my culture we describe the maple as a man tree. We have stories of how a man became a tree. The tree is is sculpture look exactly like the constellation we use to tell our Aadizookaan or sacred winter time stories. Bodies lying pierced with arrows, are represented by the arrows themselves, the bodies have been buried or burned. Bloody hands of death uplifted, is represented by the man with the axe as well as the woman with her hand uplifted as well, as if sanctioning the destruction of the Sacred Man tree who is now headless. Flags on graves are represented by the grave, the poles and there flags and clans have been removed, Great War captains are both the woman, one America the Great looking into heaven, in her right hand she holds 2 wreaths, one made from the head of the cut down maple tree. The indigenous woman sits with her back to American as she's grasping both the earth and the heaven! Waabanokiizhick (talk) 19:12, 4 March 2022 (UTC)
The woman in the middle represents America, she also represents the Great Serpent, her bloody crest erected is that Maple tree that is being killed. This same man tree constellation is known as the Northern cross and the Crane. You can see that in this image the only figure looking into the heaven eclipsing the moon as she sets into the West (signifying death). The eagle has the arrows in her claws, the bodies have been removed. There are yellow Iris (water flag) on the grave. America the Great war captain is grasping two crowns one made of an evergreen and the other of maple. The Indian war-captain also grasp both earth and heaven by holding onto Hiawatha-half man and half spirit. What at first appeared to be a great serpent is only a small snake in the grass, and that's not a bloody crest above the snakes head it the grass is only stained red with blood from the wounds of that headless cross that's being chopped down by a man whom looks a lot like George Washington but even more like the Winter maker or Orion constellation. Maybe that snake in the bloody grass is only the shadow of the Great Serpent standing in front of the light? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1700:F3B0:12A0:8113:6AEC:60D2:3446 (talk) 20:59, 6 March 2022 (UTC)
