Background section

Agreed. We already have an article on nuclear receptors and that material does not need to be repeated here. Hence I have deleted the background section from this article. Boghog (talk) 18:34, 17 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

WHAT does it DO in women? (And by the way, do men have them, too?)
