The annual emergence
[edit]it's that time of year again. Hundreds of these beetles in the garden and you need to be careful where you step.
I'm intrigued by their diet - they seem to feast on other dead insects - even cockroaches!
I have a few rats running around so I have some cage traps that are baited with bacon. The beetles devour the bacon before the rats get a sniff Moruyapaul (talk) 06:15, 16 April 2023 (UTC)
