So exactly what is wrong with the reference currently cited under References? Perhaps that title should be changed to "Reference," singular--but what is the point of additional citations when that given is clearly authoritative? GeorgeTSLC (talk) 16:00, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The only reference is the Primary source text that the article is about. As is explained by the maintenance banner we need third party sources that discuss the Act. See WP:Primary. Road Wizard (talk) 18:38, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
