Improving the page

[edit]

Hi, would appreciate any comments on how to improve the page, especially regarding the reference sources and notability. could anyone also advise when will it be appropriate to remove the notability tags? Milieusg (talk) 04:26, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for starting the article. It's rather short at the moment. What about adding some information about why the award was created, and about why some the individuals and organizations received awards? If you have access to Factiva you can do some research and find articles published in The Business Times, The Straits Times, Today and other Singapore newspapers which can be cited. If you don't have Factiva access, you may be able to get some help from the National Library's Reference Point service. After you've done that, it may be appropriate to remove the notability tag. — Cheers, JackLee talk 11:26, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
