I propose to merge List of executive actions by John Quincy Adams into Presidency of John Quincy Adams. I think that the content in "List of executive actions by John Quincy Adams" is very less, due to obvious face that John Quincy Adams signed only three executive orders, and it is unlikely to be expanded. Also, merging wouldn't make article "Presidency of John Quincy Adams" too long. I would probably favor just deleting the List of executive actions by John Quincy Adams page (the executive actions lists seem like great pages for 20th century presidents, but don't seem necessary for pre-Civil War presidents, at least). Merger undo

There's a redirect here linked from our list of executive orders to... nothing.

Previous editors feel it's 'unimportant' or 'insignificant' that the guy had 3 executive orders. Some people looking at executive orders generally care. Restore the previous article or correct the lousy merge to keep the orders separated on this page for easier crossreference by interested WP:READERS. — LlywelynII 02:03, 25 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
