Cleanup

[edit]

This article needs cleanup. Needs more context and details, badely in need of sourcing and a general reorginaziation of the info. It reads like an essay rather than an article. --Lendorien 00:55, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Anything you can do to tie it into your understanding of Brazilian history will be welcome. --Wetman 02:49, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Alas, my understanding of Brazillian history is limited to knowing that Carmen Miranda was from there. I exaggerate, but you get my point. Someone else will have to have a go at it. --Lendorien 18:00, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I only reorganized and rewrote some of the confusing passages. No facts were deleted or added. Toyota6291 05:36, 8 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think I'll restore all the deleted material and the "confusing" tag. This article needs some adult attention. --Wetman 02:17, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have rewritten the article to make it, at least, a little less confusing. I live in Pernambuco, and I speak fluent Portuguese, but I don't really know anything about the Revolta Praeira itself. I can read about it, and try to learn more, but at present all I can really do is correct the English and remove the reference to "guabirus." Zerologic 15:51, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The first big question that will need to be resolved is: what does "Praieira" mean in this context? That's what might be stopping additional assistance for those unfamiliar with the topic. Lenoxus " * " 00:43, 31 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Needs reiterating on the result/victors. February 10, 2011 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sharkabarka (talkcontribs) 03:02, 21 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
