Clarity
[edit]This article needs to be imporved as far as clarity: especially the following sentence:
A general power of appointment is one which allows the holder of the power to appoint to himself, his estate, his creditors, or the creditors of his or her estate.
Why? The question is the "power . . . allows the holder . . . to appoint to himself" what? What does the power allow him ao appoint to himself? The property, the right to distribute, what? Unclear. If someone can clarify, it'll be appreciated. --RossF18 (talk) 23:29, 5 July 2009 (UTC)
