old out of date and inaccurate

the present article has many dead links. the present article is 10 years old and does not reflect the current organization. the present article does not show the many initiatives for wildlands that the organization supports. the present article states that the organization is a division of the us forest service, which has never been true. many updates by a member of the organization to make the article more accurate were reverted without comment and questions were ignored.
