This information is fabricated
[edit]Hello, as far as I can tell this article presents fake information.
There are no sources. This institute presents itself as an established US institution in eastern Europe - notably Poland and Ukraine - and its members gain some influence, funding, publicity based on their supposed experience in the Potomac Institute. They give lectures, where they claim to have worked for DARPA. This wiki page is copypasted from their own website. As a concerned reader who is witnessing a scam on a political level, I plead with real Wikipedia contributors to remove this content. 5.173.170.66 (talk) 19:45, 21 September 2022 (UTC)
