History of Port Victoria

Among other mentioned subjects, Port Victoria has a vast history that only circulates through the word of mouth. This makes it quit so hard to site refferences on wikipedia since there is no actuall reference in alot of sources in the internet thus contributing to the little knowledge about its history. I therefore propose for more people with siteable information to contribute to this topic to prevent the loss of this place's history for future reference.
