St.Johns settled in 1497? I'm not so sure. Yes Cabotto probably discovered Newfoundland in 1497 but he didnt found a colony.

I am not sure why the information on Port Royal after the habitation was put with this wiki article. I thought the location of port royal following the habitation was the site of present-day Annapolis Royal. Given this is a different location, I think the history of the "second" port royal should be put on the Port Royal, Annapolis County website to avoid confusion. Further, given the historical importance, I think the article "Port Royal, Annapolis County" should be changed back to "Port Royal, Nova Scotia" and the other port royal can be referred to under the heading.
