Palatinates

I am looking for a wiki-link for the term palatinates in the context of:

By now only traditional chemotherapeutic agents like doxorubicin, paclitaxel, camptothecins and palatinates have been clinically tested in drug conjugates.

Possibly related links include Palatine tonsil & Palatine bone; but unclear if either would be appropriate link for this usage. In this case, one would expect an article describing a palatinate polymer-drug conjugate chemotherapeutic agent, rather than a page describing an area of anatomy. Maybe someone here can help. Possibly, we need a new article page to define "palatinate" in this context; also, add to appropriate disambiguation pages:
