Article Ambiguity

I think there's a lack of clarity in the article's topic & in some of the text. Article title indicates the protein, but most of the text relates to gene & disease. Granted, they're gene -> protein -> disease, but I think the 'characteristics' section mixes ADPKD, PKD3, and GANAB (again, either gene, protein, or disease) without clearly indicating if it's the disease/protein of PKD/PKD3/GANAB.
