@EX690662: I have no knowledge of the Latvian language and can't help with translating stuff from Latvian. However, I did do some cleanup of the article to make it fit standard formatting for HSU articles (since this is not a biography of an american, the dates should be in day-month-year format) and I fixed some of the grammar (lots of the grammar like "at [date]" seemed to be google-translated.) I hope it helps.
