  • hook fact doesn't match what's in the article right now (no mention of Ronnie Wood, no elaboration that the Tom Jones mural depicts him as "(scantily clad)" [doubtful that the use of parantheses here is DYK-appropriate]. Moreover, the article is only just long enuf at some 1510 characters (which really means it's not long enuf given the amount of filler words...). Many sources are cited but I'm not sure if all of them are reliable (Daily Mirror sticks out like a sore thumb & the Spotify ones seem dubious too). Some other parts border on original research too, e.g. her athletics background (it should ideally be repeated in a third-party source which I presume is what the SWE article does, though I have no access to it). Overall could use some cleanup and a bit more substantive material before it's good to go. Cheers, Kingoflettuce (talk) 21:36, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
backed up spotify claims with other sources (except for Bridge FM work). Added hook claims to the article, addeded accessible link to the athletics claim. Added ALT1- Bogger (talk) 13:00, 26 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I think there is a bit of citation overkill going on in the article (I personally find them very hard to follow, never mind that I can't access most of them), but more importantly, the hook should correspond to what's written in the article as much as possible. Please don't exercise too much creative licence and substitute "Tom Jones in underwear" with "scantily clad Tom Jones" and suchlike. Moreover, like the Daily Mirror, SWE seems to be a tabloid too. Honestly, I'm starting to be increasingly doubtful about the subject's notability, considering that much of the article seems to be spun of either run-of-the-mill info of her hosting x or y OR tabloidy stuff (including the hook fact).
