Lots of Ambiguity
[edit]There are some strange sentences in this article, and it is in desperate need of an update. For example, one sentence reads, "Trying this many suspects of genocide will tax Rwanda's resources sorely." Ignoring the awkward wording and tense issues, the genocide had not been mentioned up until then. For those unfamiliar with the history of Rwanda, this would be a very strange sentence indeed. The section isn't sourced, so I don't even know if the statement is true; it's likely editorializing.
Then, there's this: "Kagame has not groomed anyone to be his successor, so there’s nothing that points to who his successor could or should be." This is following a discussion of the electoral process. It's straight out of an Economist article. It may be warranted, but a discussion of the skepticism towards Rwanda having a legitimate electoral process is necessary before interjecting with this.
As it stands, this article cites almost exclusively British sources (I though this was Politics of Rwanda) and is largely incoherent. I think that anyone trying to expand/clean-up this page (including myself) should first and foremost seek to diversify sources (needs way more African sources). Important notice
[edit]The government section of the "Outline of Rwanda" needs to be checked, corrected, and completed -- especially the subsections for the government branches.
When the country outlines were created, temporary data (that matched most of the countries but not all) was used to speed up the process. Those countries for which the temporary data does not match must be replaced with the correct information.
Please check that this country's outline is not in error.
