Death of John Porter

[edit]

This section has been added by an annoymous IP. I am loathe to remove it for being callous (he died yesterday) but I don't think it fits here. As it not wrong information as such, I suggest leaving it for one week, then removing it thereby avoid any possible revert-wars by the person who added it. Bobbacon 19:17, 24 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

By election result

[edit]

16 August: Midstocket/Rosemount (3-member ward), Aberdeen, 1 member elected by single transferable vote: SNP gain fron Con (result May 2007: 1 Con, 1 SNP, 1 Lab; after by election: 2 SNP, 1 Lab).

What is the best way to show updated information in the table of councillors? Footnote explaining John Porter election in May and subsequent death? Footnotes seem to be the standard tool of showing changes, if you look at other lists of elected members, eg UK Parliament. --Mais oui! 13:40, 17 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
