Weird phrase

[edit]

Hi there,

I'm not currently a Wikipedia volunteer, but I got this weird phase on the article: "Polished concrete qualifies for a credit in LEED 2009". That is not true. There are credits for flooring with low VOC content, but that must include all flooring types in the building.

I think that phrase should be erased.

100 years

[edit]

there is no possible way polished concrete will last 100 years. I have seen 5 jobs in northern California last 4-5 looking ok at the end but years 6 onward are pitted, dull, and need to be restained/polished, and maintained. Even a WinCo which is waxed on a regular basis is failing at the entrance to the back of the store. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.41.41.49 (talk) 22:27, 23 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
