date of chimney construction

I couldn't easily find when the structure was built. Was it constructed as part of TE1 or as part of TE2? It seems the RWE deal was made in 1996. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 19:49, 7 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Article mentions 2013/4 as expected completion
