Infobox says it was Playboy from 1978, yet the header claims 1980. Which is right? They can't both be right, can't they? 85.217.35.108 (talk) 13:40, 13 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I'm not so sure that this article should be at this title. Perhaps, for consistency: Playboy magazine (Brazilian issue)? Regards, Redux 05:30, 7 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I will move the article to the title I suggested above (in bold) if no one posts here in the next 24 hours. Thanks, Redux 19:39, 8 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Why not to move to Playboy Brasil--- The magazine's real name.Holy---+---Warrior 12:55, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
That works as an adjective, not the official name (not counting legal names, which exist on legal documentation, but rather that which is the popularly used, common name of the publication). It's really the Brazilian issue of the Playboy magazine. Adding "Brasil" is a form used only occasionaly of distinguishing itself from the other international issues, or a form of bestowing a local identification, but it doesn't make it the official or real name. If I'm not mistaken, the Argentinean issue adds the expression "edición argentina" after the name "Playboy", and even the original magazine usually prints the sentence "entertainment for men" right after the name, but it's still the Playboy magazine. And finally, the magazine is commonly known in Brazil as just "Playboy", not "Playboy Brasil", which means that we have no reason to use the designation in Portuguese to distinguish the article from the one about the original magazine or the other national installments, at least not on the English-language Wikipedia. Thanks, for clarification.Holy -- + -- Warrior 09:16, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Changed the cover model on September 1977. It is not Nidia De Paula but rather Lena Soderberg. It is the exact same cover as USA 4/73 with the exception of the stamp she's licking. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mitchelac (talkcontribs) 06:14, 17 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Lists, lists everywhere

[edit]

Another "article" on Brazil that is little more than a very. long. list. It needs some serious expansion. Macgreco 21:13, 20 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

And, why it is a cover models list? More suitable would be playmates list. 82.141.95.39 (talk) 02:11, 16 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
