Add section for cancelled events

Carti cancelled his tour this year after delaying/pushing it back it in 2023. He also just cancelled out of Rolling Loud Thailand and Wireless Festival Middle East. This should be noted in his wiki. Also unsure why this wiki is protected as most artist pages aren't protected.

A majority of sources on the article state that playboi carti was born in 1996

June 2018 is 21 years after September 1996 because June comes before September so even though 2018-1996=27 you need to subtract one
