Potential COI

[edit]

This article has been heavily edited by IPs/accounts belonging to ADC BioScientific, a manufacturer of products described in the text. Because of this potential conflict of interest, content should be checked for neutral point of view and promotional content. -- Ed (Edgar181) 12:36, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry that is not true? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.123.202.173 (talk) 14:12, 30 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
What is not true? Your IP address is registered to ADC. And other editors including Steveadcuk and Zoe Stanyon appear to be associated with ADC too. The edits from all three of these users have involved adding promotional-sounding content related to ADC products, adding links to ADC's website, adding images from ADC, etc. -- Ed (Edgar181) 14:23, 30 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
The previous statement is not true. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.123.202.173 (talkcontribs)
That's not a convincing argument! This link clearly shows that you are editing from an IP associated with ADC. See Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest/Noticeboard/Archive_73#ADC_Bioscientific and Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest/Noticeboard/Archive_54#ADC_Bioscientific for background and comments by other editors. I have personal experience of using the Minolta SPAD meter and the CCM-200 and the CCM300. I know of Miss Stanyon she was a plant physiology student student at the University of Oxford. She has started many articles on Wikipedia using her knowledge of plant science instrumentation. Your first statement is still untrue. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.123.202.173 (talk) 15:15, 6 May 2014 (UTC) The revision that has been rolled back is factually incorrect, whoever wrote this has no knowledge of the subject. It is also does not make great reading.[reply]

References 12 and 13 are not references but links to the ADC and Opti-sciences Homepage. Felipe Jo (talk) 07:28, 22 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
