My next recommendation is combining similar references with the <ref name> template. Catrìona (talk) 19:59, 15 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Siglak: I would welcome your input and additional suggestions for hooks. Catrìona (talk) 14:50, 16 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Request

[edit]

Hello Wikipedia. I represent the Coca-Cola Company under the username PolarBear1886. I would like to make some edit requests to this page and would appreciate help with implementation. Here is the request:

1.Results Section

Under this section, a sentence reads "The legal battle lasted years. At times, for example, between 8 and 15 August 2005, the plant operated, but eventually, the plant was closed permanently."

Could we change it to read "The legal battle lasted years. At times, for example, between 8 and 15 August 2005, the plant operated, but eventually, the plant was closed permanently, after Coca-Cola declared it had no plans to restart bottling operations."

2. Results section

Also in the Results section, it reads, "In 2018, the factory sat empty with a few security guards." After this sentence, could someone please add, "In 2019, Coca-Cola submitted a proposal to turn the plant into a training center for local farmers."

I have implemented Part 1. For Part 2, I am happy to implement, but the source provided was a dead link that I could not access. Do you have an alternate source? Additionally, I recommend that you use the {{cite news}} template to include information such as author, publication date, access date and other information for the reference. I am marking this request as addressed; to re-open it, remove the "|P" in the {{request edit}} template above. Best, SpencerT•C 21:54, 15 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @Spencer. Thank you for helping me out with this. I have revised the sourcing for part two and included an update below. Please let me know if this works. Thank you again.

Done For future requests, please follow the instructions from the {{cite news}} template to include information such as author, publication date, access date and other information for the reference, as it makes it easier for editors to implement the proposed change.
