Undid change that removed indirect namings. There's no reason indirect namings cannot be in such a list. True, the title does not mention them, but does it really have to? There's a conflict in naming Wiki pages; for many of them, there can either be a succinct title with an explanation in the lede about exactly what is included and what isn't, or an totally accurate but really cumbersome title. Personally, I'm in favor of succinct titles, but perhaps I'm in the minority. At any rate, if a totally accurate title is required, change the name to Places named, either directly or indirectly, after one of the Channel Islands or some subdivision thereof.
