Can someone source Hugh Henry Brackenridge's comment? It seems odd that he would say "...in the same manner as Vermont had done of the states of Massachusetts and New York", given that Vermont was disputed between NY and NH, not MA. --Bletch 22:17, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

         Actually, Vermont was claimed by Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New Youk
