This article has a fair amount of text in it that was clearly copy-pasted from one of the online sources, https://www.pts.edu/History – but it's unclear to me whether this might have been done by someone in charge of that institutional website and approving of the use of the material. At bare minimum, it should probably be rewritten in "our own voice" instead of being a word-for-word or nearly-word-for-word copy job. @SMcCandlish I was looking into doing the same - it was added all in one go by an IP in 2006, so I suspect they will not be available to answer questions about (even if they are, it probably wouldn't be at the same IP).
