[edit]How come Engine 16 is in the “Wilkinsburg” section but Wilkinsburg is its own place? LegioV (talk) 22:51, 1 June 2019 (UTC)
Wilkinsburg contracted with the City of Pittsburgh to provide fire service several years ago. In a similar fashion, Wilkinsburg high school students attend Pittsburgh Public School's Westinghouse High. A few years ago there was talk of the municipality of Ingram contracting it's fire service to the Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire. So far nothing has come of it.
