I question if Pinnacle Foods as described in the article still exists. In 2018 Pinnacle Foods was purchased by Conagra, and delisted from the NYSE. Attempts to visit the Pinnacle Foods website link in the article are silently redirected to the Conagra homepage instead. There's an unrelated "Pinnacle Foods" that uses the pinnaclefoods.co domain, but clearly that isn't the subject of the article. I'm unsure what needs to be done at this point. Should the contents of the article be eventually merged into the one for Conagra Brands? I'm not an expert in this by any means. I stumbled on this issue while doing routine wiki maintenance, and realized after editing the Swanson article I may have made changes that are over my head. I've never nominated any article for merging before, but I'm not sure I even need to. Any thoughts? Itsfullofstars (talk) 21:59, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The Motley Fool states that Vlassic was saddled with a Billion doller debt [1] in the spinoff from Campbells. Was/is that a factor in its mediocre ongoing preformance?
