POV - June 2017
[edit]The article as it stands only presents one side of the story, and then possibly not completely accurately.
The article also needs to cover:
- the law enforcement context at the time;
- the social context at the time; and,
- also critically the lesson/s learnt by at least some of the police officers involved.
There are references available for these. I just do not have time to pull it all together now.

Alleged involvement of a certain "Mr P.D."
[edit]Allegations are flying around about this person currently much in the news as a politician being one of the 6.
Now some time ago, I found via google a newspaper (small special interest one) article that listed the 6 names - this person was not one of them. But a certain other person who was to stand as a One Nation candidate was, and the resulting furore about that has swamped Google.
I have no particular liking of the man, but now I can not find that original article, so if anyone else can, in the interests of fair justice, it would be good to find that again. Whether it is decided to place that info into the entry will be decided by the usual mating of Wiki-elephants process no doubt.
Just placing this on record as many people are buying into this. 115.64.232.91 (talk) 16:22, 13 September 2018 (UTC)
