Contested deletion

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Pincho Man is one of the original Miami food trucks that is also identified with the recent category of gourmet food trucks. I created this stub because Pincho Man appeared in List of food trucks as a notable food truck, and was the only item in that list without a dedicated article. I will expand the article to make this clear. --Tsavage (talk) 01:56, 20 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

UPDATE: The article has been expanded, and indicates via reliable sources that the Pincho Man food truck is considered one of the original and top food trucks in Miami. I've been working on Food truck and related articles, and I have no particular interest in Pincho Man. Based on my reading, it does appear to be a notable entry in the overall subject area. --Tsavage (talk) 02:49, 20 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
