Notability
[edit]I don't think this articles meets notability guidelines in its current state. Beyond a plot summary, it contains nothing not already in the main article. The ratings info is already in the episode list, and the production section is basically fluff, repeating the writer and director which is already mentioned in the infobox and lead. The production section should be expanded containing more information, and there should be an expansive reception section with several critical reviews. If this is all it's going to be, it would be better served to write a condensed plot summary in the main article instead. Episode articles should contain more information than just a plot summary per WP:EPISODE. I don't think a one citation regarding its viewership justifies an entire article when that information is already located in the main article. Drovethrughosts (talk) 14:04, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
Someone must continue the "Plot" section. It is incomplete. By the way, I agree with everything already said, there must be more detail to be put in the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.100.244.111 (talk) 07:43, 4 July 2014 (UTC)
Great job on the "plot" section. Now the same must be done on the "production" (which repeats information from the column on the left) and "reception" (which should include criticism, not only audience-wise information). After that, the article will be complete, in my opinion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.100.244.111 (talk) 06:54, 7 July 2014 (UTC)
The reception section contains a statement from Alan Sepinwall indicating that the Garvey family lost no one. This is incorrect - Laurie found out she was pregnant immediately before The Departure, and afterward she was no longer. I forget the precise episode, but it's the one that shows departure day - Jill in a circle holding hands with other kids and one vanishes, and Kevin cheating on Laurie with the dark haired woman in the hotel room. Wasn't sure how to fix this in the article itself, I am an occasional editor by IP only, don't have an account. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.248.2.228 (talk) 07:08, 10 June 2017 (UTC)
