This article had a suggested merge template on it from circa August 2008, with no comments made. After ~14 months, I felt free to make the merge happen. I used "Pikes Arm" (without the apostrophe) as the article name because that's how it is shown on Earthtools.org and Google maps, as well as the Natural Resources Canada locator tool.
